Responsibilities:
• Supports producers in regard to Executive Management and Professional Liability insurance coverages by developing initial and on-going business and consultative relationships with clients, prospective clients, and carriers.
• Markets and negotiates new and renewal accounts.
• Reviews prospects policies and provides appropriate feedback.
• Provides claims assistance as needed.
• Works closely with other Rutherfoord divisions to provide quality consultation services and serve as a resource to producers, account managers and clients.
Qualifications:
• Must demonstrate strong relationship management skills.
• Effective oral and written communication and relationship building skills essential.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Must be a self-starter and demonstrate resourcefulness.
Requirements:
• Minimum five (5) years experience working with Executive Liability products, whether in an underwriting, adjuster or agent role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or similar field of study required.
• P&C licensure (Property & Casualty) or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment required.
• Insurance related designations preferred.
• Occasional travel to various locations is required. Must have valid transportation.
