The Chairman’s Reception will honor Bill Cox, Corman Construction, Chairman of ARTBA. ARTBA is a full-service association for contractors, transportation officials and equipment manufacturers. With a main focus is on federal transportation investment and policy issues, the association also serves as a “broker of information” by providing its members with insights about emerging state/local funding trends and how they can be leveraged to maximize the overall market.
