Doug is senior vice president and division manager of Rutherfoord’s Hampton Roads and Mobile offices and is responsible for the implementation and compliance of Rutherfoord’s sales management standards. In addition, he leads carrier relations for the firm. Prior to joining Rutherfoord, Doug was executive vice president of USI-Southeast with operations from Virginia to Florida, and before that he was president and CEO of USI Virginia. Doug obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Richmond.
